The first list of top revenue websites was published in March 2009.
Since then, there has been a significant change. Founded in 2008, AirBnB did not originally make a list, but it is here today. Myspace no longer functions!
Note: Although large, some companies are deliberately dropped because they are primarily web-based, profitable retail bases, but ultimately the services or products they offer do not rely on the Internet to generate the most revenue and certain companies. It was excluded because it was taken over by. We've also primarily excluded app-based businesses from the list.
Use this table as motivation. It is easy to think that the numbers below are impossible, but at some point the founder of the company felt the same way. See also the various notes at the end of this list.
The last time we updated Google was the highest paid website, and Amazon was second. This time the rankings went up. Amazon is a Juggernaut of money making machines and they continue to innovate and grow.

How did we calculate income.
To get the company's sales from this list, we first analyzed the SEC 10-K report submitted by the publicly traded company within 60 days of the end of the company's fiscal year.
For private companies, we leveraged and cross-referenced reputable sites such as BusinessInsider, Forbes, and Bloomberg to identify the amount of revenue for each company in its most recent fiscal year. If you see different numbers on different sites, the lowest number was used.

Yandex is a Russian Internet company with the largest search engine in Russia, with a market share of up to 60% in Russia.
